Delivery
Orders are normally dispatched within the lead times shown on each product page. As many Martina Hamilton pieces are individually handcrafted, production times may vary depending on the piece ordered.
All orders are shipped via An Post Registered Post. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty or supplied in error.
Handcrafted Jewellery
Every Martina Hamilton piece is individually handcrafted in Ireland.
Due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, slight variations may occur between the photographs shown on our website and the finished piece you receive. These natural variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handcrafted jewellery.
Made-to-Order & Personalised Jewellery
Many Martina Hamilton pieces are individually handcrafted to order.
Made-to-order, personalised and bespoke jewellery is exempt from our standard returns policy unless the item is faulty or not as described.
This includes bespoke commissions and personalised jewellery.
We do, however, offer one complimentary ring resize on Martina Hamilton rings. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your ring to arrange your resize.
Returns Policy
At Martina Hamilton, we want you to purchase with complete confidence.
Standard Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for:
- A full refund
- An exchange
- Store credit
To qualify for a refund, exchange or store credit:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
- Please contact us at sales@martinahamilton.ie before returning any item. We will provide the appropriate return instructions to help ensure your return is processed as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method used at checkout.
Once processed, the time it takes for funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider.
Returns for Change of Mind
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, regardless of their location.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Martina Hamilton cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty, damaged or we have supplied the incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where appropriate, Martina Hamilton will reimburse reasonable insured return postage costs.
Please contact us before returning the item so we can advise on the most suitable return method.
International Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.
Please contact us before returning your jewellery so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and help ensure your return is processed efficiently.
If you are returning an item from outside the European Union (this includes the UK), please ensure the parcel is clearly identified as "Returned Goods" (or the equivalent option provided by your postal service) and that all customs documentation is completed accurately.
Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, administration charges or carrier handling fees incurred because a returned parcel has been incorrectly declared may be deducted from your refund where permitted by applicable law.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.
