Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned to us within 30 days of delivery and are eligible for a full refund, an exchange, or an in-store credit to the value of the original order. To qualify for a refund or exchange, the goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. If your Martina Hamilton piece was a gift and you don’t have a receipt, we are happy to offer you an exchange only, as long as the jewellery is in pristine condition.
Refunds will be made via the service you originally used and sent directly to the customer account used to create the original purchase. We cannot refund amounts to a different or third-party account other than the one used to make the original payment.
Please note: Special Made-to-Order commissions and personalized items are non-returnable on a change of mind basis.
Martina Hamilton does not accept responsibility for goods stolen, lost, or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
In the highly unlikely event of an order being returned due to defect or damage, Martina Hamilton will include the price of insured return postage in your refund. Please contact us before returning damaged or defective items so we can advise you on postage.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
