From Sligo to Studio Lights: Our Jewellery on Ireland AM

From Sligo to Studio Lights: Our Jewellery on Ireland AM

There’s a quiet thrill in seeing a piece born from your hands catch the light under studio lamps; a little shimmer of Sligo shared with homes across the country. Over the past few months, we’ve had the joy of appearing on Ireland AM, showcasing not just our collections, but the stories and soul behind each design.

Each of these special appearances has been made possible through the expertise and vision of Laura Jordan, founder of StyleSavvy, a personal and corporate style consultancy based in Ireland. Laura's styling brings our jewellery to life on screen with a clarity and elegance that beautifully reflects the heart of our collections.

Television moments are brief, but the pieces we brought to each segment linger in memory. Each collection was chosen with intention - for what it represents, and how it carries the spirit of our Irish story.

The Golden Shore Collection: Echoes of the Atlantic Coast

The Golden Shore Collection is a tribute to the rugged coastline of North Sligo. Inspired by broken urchin shells, wave-swept sand, and the rhythms of tide and light; these designs combine sterling silver with hand-applied 22-carat gold. They remind us of how nature’s quietest details can carry immense beauty. On Ireland AM, these pieces shimmered with understated warmth; much like the shoreline that inspired them.

The Carrowmore Collection: Ancient Wisdom in Every Piece

Rooted in the sacred stones of Carrowmore, this collection draws on motifs carved nearly 6,000 years ago. The Carrowmore Collection is an echo of Ireland’s earliest artisans. Symbols etched in alignment with the solstice sunrise have been reimagined into delicate jewellery, crafted only a few kilometres from the site itself. These pieces hold meaning and memory, worn close to the skin. Laura styled them with subtle elegance, allowing their quiet strength to shine through on screen.

The Ériu Collection: Strength and Sovereignty Worn

Named for Ériu, the goddess who gave Ireland its name, the Ériu Collection reflects both the strength and beauty of the Irish land. Each piece is shaped by textured surfaces and open space. It becomes complete only when worn, like the shoreline finding its tide. These designs made a powerful impression during our Ireland AM feature, styled in a way that honoured both their mythic roots and their contemporary edge.

The Ériu Claddagh: A Modern Take on a Timeless Symbol

The Ériu Claddagh Ring, the newest addition to the collection, reimagines the classic Claddagh in Martina’s signature style. The traditional heart, crown and hands are transformed through clean, modern lines and organic shapes, grounded in the Ériu Collection’s coastal inspiration.

“Through the form of each piece in the Ériu Collection, I am creating a reflection of the wearer, a coastline of sorts,” Martina explains. “With the Claddagh ring, I’ve aimed to fuse this concept with the ring’s original meaning, while elevating it with a more contemporary aesthetic.”

This piece was a quiet showstopper; a familiar symbol, but seen anew.

The Daisy Collection: A Celebration of Nature’s Joy

With its golden core and soft white petals, the Irish daisy thrives wherever it lands; from roadside verges to wild gardens. The Daisy Collection is full of that spirit. It’s a celebration of resilience, memory, and simple joy. Laura styled this look to let the pieces glow naturally, a perfect match for a collection that feels like sunlight on a summer day.

Behind the Lens: Our Ireland AM Journey

Working with StyleSavvy and Laura Jordan has been a gift. Her eye for detail and understanding of how jewellery moves and speaks on screen has elevated each look far beyond the studio lights. We’re deeply grateful for her continued support and creativity.

Every Ireland AM appearance has been a moment to connect; with our audience, with our own inspiration, and with the long threads of Irish craft that run through everything we do.

Thank you to the Ireland AM team, to Laura, and to everyone who has reached out, tuned in, and most wonderfully, worn our pieces.

Until next time!
