Every piece of Martina Hamilton jewellery is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted in Ireland using traditional goldsmithing techniques. We are committed to providing exceptional craftsmanship alongside a high standard of customer service and want you to shop with confidence.
These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Right of Withdrawal and Privacy Policy, which together govern your purchase from Martina Hamilton.
Guarantee of Quality
Every Martina Hamilton piece is designed and handcrafted in Ireland using carefully selected precious metals and gemstones.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade jewellery.
Hallmarking
Where jewellery is described as Sterling Silver or Gold, it is hallmarked in accordance with Irish law by the Irish Assay Office, Dublin Castle.
Irish hallmarking is an internationally recognised guarantee of precious metal quality.
Payments
Our online store is powered by Shopify, and payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay through PayPal — card payments can also be processed securely through their service.
All transactions are encrypted and handled by trusted payment providers to ensure the security and confidentiality of your payment information.
Made-to-Order Jewellery
Many Martina Hamilton pieces are individually handcrafted to order.
Estimated production times are shown on individual product pages and within our Shipping Policy.
Made-to-order and personalised jewellery cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun unless the item is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Order Cancellation
Payment is authorised at the time an order is placed.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing sales@martinahamilton.ie, quoting your name and order number.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, your cancellation and return rights will be governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and, where applicable, your Right of Withdrawal.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and pricing are accurate.
As each piece is individually handcrafted, slight variations between website photographs and the finished jewellery may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.
